If payment is not received by two days after your due date, your server will be suspended. After 7 days, the server will be terminated. Our invoices are generated two weeks prior to due dates, however, giving you ample time to prepare and pay for your server.

BisectHosting has a straightforward refund policy - If a refund is requested within 3 days of the server purchase date, we will provide a refund. Outside of those 3 days, however, we will not offer any refund, partial or full. We do not provide refunds on dedicated servers due to setup costs.

Our Premium and Budget Minecraft servers allow you to adjust how many player slots your server has directly from your control panel. If you need to add or remove player slots, you can do so at any time.

These features include automatic modpack installation, dedicated IP addresses, unlimited player slots, 7 days of data backups, and many more locations to choose from than our Budget Minecraft Server plans. Our Budget Minecraft Server plans allow you to choose what features you'd like to add to your service. There is no difference in performance or support between the two plans.

We currently utilize CPUs such as the Ryzen 7 7700X, Ryzen 7 5800X, and Intel Xeon E-2288G, with over 50% of our servers running at a base clock speed of 3.7 GHz or higher, and more than half of those at 4.0 GHz or above. All servers are equipped with NVMe SSDs for high-speed storage. With over 13 years in the industry, we continuously expand and upgrade our hardware and now exclusively deploy AMD Ryzen 9 9700X processors with DDR5 RAM in all new nodes. Our nodes are monitored 24/7/365 to prevent CPU overload, ensuring that every client server has the power it needs.

No, we do not limit the vCPU available to your game servers. Your server can access as much or as little CPU power as needed, with all cores available for optimal performance. All of our nodes are actively monitored to prevent CPU overload and to ensure that all servers run smoothly, even during resource-intensive situations like server crashes.

We own most of our nodes, which allows us to maintain complete control over our infrastructure.
