We are aware of a network issue impacting out LA location. Our team is aware of the problem and is working diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please do not submit a support ticket regarding this issue, as we are already addressing it.

Affecting Other - Location - Dallas

We are aware of ongoing packet loss issues affecting the Dallas data center and have been diligently working to address this with the data center team. Unfortunately, despite our repeated attempts to escalate this issue, we have not yet received a response from their team.
We understand the frustration this may cause and assure you that we are doing everything we can to get this resolved. We will continue to push for updates and will share any new information as soon as it becomes available.
