Summary
Stardew Valley servers are compatible with every platform for which the game is available. These include GOG, Steam, and the Xbox App. To Connect to the server, users must install the popular modding tool SMAPI. This tool allows the server to run by designating a server bot as the host player. While this means that some workarounds are required for events, it provides a stable experience available 24/7 without requiring the coordination needed for Co-op Playthroughs.
Note | SMAPI handles the mods installed on Stardew Valley. Learn how to install mods here. |
