How to change the GameSettingsPreset on a V Rising server

Summary
V Rising is an open-world survival game with an extensive variety of presets. These presets modify the base-config file for specific settings, creating a particular type of feel for servers. If users wish to customize their settings fully, effectively creating their Server Difficulty, they can do so by either making a local save and copying the settings or manually adjusting the values from the BisectHosting Games panel. This is the preferred method since setting presets can become outdated with game updates.
