Summary
Space Engineers servers have many editable settings from the config folder. One popular setting is the gravity strength on individual planets. Changing these values can let players fly around at low gravity, even on Earth-like planets, or have a heavier gravity on far-off moons. It's worth noting, however, that with higher gravity comes a higher cost when leaving the atmosphere in a ship, with heavier gravities making ship launches much more difficult.
