Summary
Mordhau has the option to automatically install mods using mod.io, which typically saves in the user's documents folder when done locally. The save location is the same for servers; however, it can be more difficult to locate. By deleting existing mods, players can avoid compatibility and storage issues from installing large or impactful mods.
How to Remove Mods from a Mordhau Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to Config Files > Server Config from the left sidebar.
4. Remove the Mods= line from the MordhauGameSession section.
5. Once finished editing, choose Save Content.
6. Go to the Files tab. 
7. Find the following directory: /home/container/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/629800/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/.modio/game_169/mods .
8. Delete any downloaded mod folders.
9. Start the server.
