How to enable private server on a BeamMP server

Summary
Enabling a private server on BeamMP allows for a controlled multiplayer experience, restricting access to only invited players. A private server helps maintain a friendly, organized environment for specific communities, events, or roleplay scenarios. It also reduces the risk of griefing, lag, or unwanted disruptions from random players.

How to Enable Private Server on a BeamMP Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.

2. Stop the server.

3. Go to the Startup tab.

4. On the Enable Private Server field, choose Enabled.

Note Players will be unable to see the server on the public list and must join through direct-connect. Learn how to here.

5. Start the server.
