Summary
Stardew Valley servers feature an expansive crossplay, allowing players on all platforms to connect and play on a server. This includes mobile iOS or Android players, provided they follow the necessary steps to unlock multiplayer. This allows players on mobile platforms to play; however, mobile users may run into issues with servers with many mods or other extra content installed.

How to Unlock Co-op/Multiplayer on Stardew Valley Mobile (iOS/Android)
1. Launch the Stardew Valley mobile app.
2. Tap the Leaves on the sign in the following order.
W, W, V, V, S, Y, S, Y
3. After tapping the leaves, Open and Close the credits scene with the ? icon.
4. The Co-op option should now be visible from the main screen. If it does not appear, repeat the steps above.
5. From the Co-op screen, choose Join LAN Game.
6. Enter the Server IP and press the Checkmark to join.
