Summary
VEIN is an in-development post-apocalyptic survival game by Ramjet Studios. Since the game constantly receives updates, including new content, bug fixes, and more, many changes are first pushed to an experimental branch. On this branch players can test upcoming features with the Admin Menu or by generally playing the game. However, players should be cautious when using experimental, as new or undiscovered bugs may affect gameplay and progress.
How to Install Steam Beta Branches on a VEIN Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Startup tab.
4. Navigate to the Steam Branch section.
5. Select Experimental Release from the dropdown menu.
6. Start the server.
How to Install the Experimental Branch (Local)
1. From the Steam Library, Right-click VEIN and choose Properties.
2. Go to the Betas menu.
3. Select the experimental branch from the Beta Participation dropdown.
