VEIN dedicated servers can be either public or private with the use of a server password. By adding a password, players can restrict access to only trusted users, ensuring that random players can't join and cause mayhem. Adding a password is the most convenient method of securing a server. However, servers that wish to remain public should consider adding a Server Admin to help moderate and maintain them.
How to Add a Password to a VEIN Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Startup tab.
4. Navigate to the Server Password Section.
5. Enter a Secure Password.
6. Start the server.
7. The password will now be required when users Join the Server.
