Summary
ASKA typically autosaves at the start of every morning, providing ample time for players to reboot their saves to previous days or recover from unfortunate scenarios. However, this can cause issues such as loss of progress when shutting down the server or exiting abruptly. Fortunately, players can choose from more frequent intervals for the server to save. This setting is one of the few available without enabling Custom Mode and should be adjusted to ensure progress is always saved.
How to Change the Autosave Interval on an ASKA Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to Config Files > Server Config from the left sidebar.
4. Navigate to the autosave style =
section.
5. Change the value to one of the autosave options from: every morning
, disabled
, or every 5/10/15/20 minutes
.
6. Once finished editing, choose Save Content.
7. Start the server.
