3. Reading these magazines will increase the Vehicles Crafting Skill, which unlocks the Bicycle.
4. To craft the Bicycle, players will need the Tier 2 Workstations Skill.
5. Workstations Tier 2 can be acquired by reading 9 Forge Ahead magazines.
6. Once both skills are unlocked, place and interact with the Workbench.
