2. Select Export on the top bar.
3. Under Format, click Go to begin downloading the SQL database.

2. Select Import on the top bar.
3. Click Choose file and select the .sql or compressed file you wish to upload.
4. Scroll down and click Go to begin uploading the SQL database.
