Players can fill these farmland plots with crops, Profitable Livestock, or utility buildings. The key to expanding is purchasing new farmland, which allows different plots to have specialized roles. Farmland can be quite costly, and users only start with so much budget, so be careful not to expand too quickly, or purchase a plot with more land than is needed.
How to Buy Farmland in Farming Simulator 22
1. Join the server, press the Esc key, and open the Map Menu.
2. Switch to the Farmland view by pressing X.
3. Choose the desired plot, and press Space to buy.
4. Confirm the purchase by pressing Enter.
5. If the wrong plot was purchased, players can Sell the owned plot by pressing Space.
6. Selling a plot refunds the total price it was purchased for.
7. Return to the Map Overview with X.
8. Select a fast travel point near the newly acquired farmland and press Visit to fast travel.
