Summary
V Rising has an incredibly in-depth and intuitive building system that allows players to create their vampire castles. Choosing a Base Location with lots of space can allow players to build without worry; however, those who have settled in smaller or more confined areas may wish to build tall instead of wide, adding many floors to their castles and allowing much more room for crafting stations. Building a castle with multiple floors is straightforward and can be done early in the game.

How to Add Multiple Floors to a Castle in V Rising
1. Open the Building Menu by pressing B, and locate the Castle Stairs.
2. Place the stairs anywhere to create access to the new floor. Note that stairs Cannot be Destroyed if any structures are adjacent to them.
3. On the new floor, place any available Flooring to expand the area.
4. Place Invisible Foundations to create interior balconies or remove roof tiles.
5. Invisible foundations can also be used to create large rooms, so long as Walls surround them on the same floor.
