Best Valheim Food Combos

When getting ready for a big fight or big adventure in Valheim, you’ll want to get the maximum out of your food stores. This means using a combination of the most effective foods by type, with different combinations offering more Stamina or more Health depending on your needs.

Valheim Food Dataset | Kaggle

With up to 3 foods being stackable at the same time, you can really get some massive benefits with proper planning!

Where possible, using Serpent Stew will always be the strongest food for extra Health, offering 80 Health, the most in the game, and Lox Meat Pie, offering 75 Health, the second-most in the game, being a nice boost as well.

For Stamina, players will want to lean on Bread which offers 70 Stamina, the most in the game, and Eyescream, which offers 65 Stamina.

With most of the powerful foods lasting for 20-30 minutes, just make sure to keep your eye on the shortest duration foods in your combos so you can replace them when they fall off.
