The bosses in V Rising begin to truly test your skills when you reach the game's middle stages. One notable example is Polora the Feywalker in V Rising, who’ll require players to pay attention to her moves and act accordingly. Failure to do so can result in an early grave. With that, here's everything you need to know about Polora the Feywalker in V Rising.

Polora the Feywalker V Rising Boss Guide

V Rising Polora the Feywalker Polora the Feywalker in V Rising is a Level 35 V Blood Boss or Carrier that calls upon the spirits of nature to attack anyone who dares try to harm her and her surroundings. She has a deep connection with the environment, allowing her to become invisible and strike foes from behind.

Polora the Feywalker Location

V Rising Polora the Feywalker Location Find Polora the Feywalker in the northwesternmost region of the Farbane Woods, particularly in the Gleaming Meadows. Unlike bosses that stick to one spot like Baron du Bouchon, Polora walks around her area of concern. However, she’ll never leave Gleaming Meadows, making her reasonably easy to find.

Polora the Feywalker Attacks and Boss Strategies

Polora has five major attacks, which are the following:
  • Fear: Polora shouts, “Begone!” striking fear to all targets in a small radius, making them run away
  • Invisibility: Polora becomes invisible if her opponents are in close proximity
  • Summon Pixies: Polora shouts, “Spirits, hear me!” and will summon pixies that fire small waves at their opponents' positions
  • Spirit Wave: Polora channels her powers before releasing three spirit waves in different directions
  • Spirit Wolf: Polora channels her powers, albeit at a shorter time than the Spirit Wave, to launch a Spirit Wolf in a straight line
Positioning is crucial when facing Polora the Feywalker in V Rising. Remember, most of her attacks require her to target you. So, pay attention to her tells and evade when necessary. Her only AoE attack is Fear, which doesn’t damage your vampire’s health. However, your character can’t take any action other than running away while you’re affected by the attack. At the time, Polora may try to close the gap with one of her targeted attacks. So, be fast with your evasive reflexes when those instances arise. Also, Polora will summon her pixies once she reaches about 25% health. These summoned minions may not deal significant damage. However, their attacks and numbers can be annoying. So, take the pixies down fast, or you’ll be surrounded and overwhelmed. Last but not least, you can use Chaos Magic to Ignite Polora. That way, she’ll still be fairly visible when she uses her invisibility move.

Polora the Feywalker Loot Table & Rewards

Like other V Blood Carriers, defeating Polora will make her explode, killing all nearby entities with her except players. That way, you can loot the other items that appear. Killing Polora the Feywalker in V Rising also rewards victors with a new spell, a recipe, and some structures, which are the following:
  • Spectral Wolf: A spell that summons a Spectral Wolf at a nearby enemy, dealing 125% damage first before hitting again with 85% of the previous hit. The hit opponent will also receive the Weaken debuff and a stack of Phantasm.
  • Garden Flooring: A border tile for placing seeds
  • Minor Garlic Resistance Brew Recipe: A consumable item that increases garlic resistance by 25 for 30 minutes
  • Small & Large Growing Plots Recipes: Plots of land for planting seeds
Note: Defeating Polora used to unlock the Castle Waygate recipe. However, that’s no longer the case with the Gloomrot update.
