One way is to defeat the Blood Harpy enemy at the Stygian Summoning Circle (introduced in Version 1.0), which vampires can build using 16x Stone Brick, 4x Scouregstone, and 1x Primal Blood Essence and unlocked by defeating the Level 57 V Blood Carrier, General Cassius the Betrayer, at the roads of Ruins of Mortium. Each Blood Harpy defeated has a chance to drop 108x Paper, along with other possible loot like 48x Scroll and other items.
Alternatively, players can craft at the Paper Press in V Rising. Craft this workstation by using 12x Plank and 12x Copper Ingot after defeating the Level 35 V Blood Carrier, Nicholaus the Fallen, at the Forgotten Cemetery in Farbane Woods.
