Stardew Valley Statue of Blessings Guide: All Blessings, How to Get, & More

Posted on by justin
Update 1.6 introduced many new features to Stardew Valley, such as the Mastery system. Mastering a particular skill grants players various rewards. For instance, claiming the Farming Mastery grants the player the crafting recipe for the Statue of Blessings in Stardew Valley. If you're looking for a way to get this item and how to use it, look no further than this guide!

How to Get the Statue of Blessings in Stardew Valley

Stardew Valley Farming Mastery As mentioned earlier, you must claim the Farming Mastery at the Mystery Cave, which means exceeding the Farming skill over level 10. Once achieved, the player can craft the Stardew Valley Statue of Blessings using the following ingredients: 999x Sap, 999x Fiber, 999x Stone, and 333x Moss. Assuming you're in the late game, you probably already have storage boxes filled with Sap, Fiber, and Stone. As for Moss, you can farm this item by hitting a tree with a growth stage of at least 14 that also has been recently hit with rain. A great way to farm Moss is to wait for Green Rain, as Oak, Maple, and Pine trees will have this substance growing at their trunks en masse.

Blessings from the Statue of Blessings

Stardew Valley Statue of Blessings Once placed, a player can interact with the Statue of Blessings in Stardew Valley once per day. It'll then grant the player one random blessing. Each blessing lasts the entire day, except for the Blessing of the Butterfly and the Blessing of Waters. Note that there’s no benefit in crafting multiple copies of the Statue of Blessings in Stardew Valley. In particular, the game won't provide additional blessings to the player after receiving one, regardless of the number of Statue of Blessings they interacted with. With that, players can receive one of seven blessings when interacting with the Statue of Blessings in Stardew Valley. These blessings are the following:
  • Blessing of the Butterfly: Spawns a Prismatic Butterfly somewhere in the valley until 5 PM. Interacting with the Prismatic Butterfly provides additional gold pieces equal to 0.5% of the player’s total earnings. There’s also a small chance of the butterfly dropping a Prismatic Shard.
  • Blessing of Waters: Reduces the difficulty of capturing Legendary Fish by 25% and non-Legendary Fish (except Carp) by 50%. Additionally, the progress bar in capturing fish slows by 50%. This blessing only lasts for three fish caught successfully.
  • Blessing of Energy: Grants the player infinite energy throughout the day.
  • Blessing of Fangs: Grants the player an additional 10% critical hit chance.
  • Blessing of Friendship: Increases the amount of Friendship earned when talking to Stardew Valley NPCs.
  • Blessing of Speed: Gives the player a stackable +0.5 Speed buff.
  • Blessing of Luck: Gives the player a stackable +1 Luck buff.
