How to Get River Jelly in Stardew Valley
Generally, players can farm River Jelly in Stardew Valley through fishing. Thankfully, this resource is available throughout all seasons. However, it can only be fished in specific places, which are the following:- Pelican Town River
- Cindersap Forest Mountain Lake
- Cindersap Forest Pond
- Desert Pond
- Secret Woods Pond
- Ginger Island North and West
- All farm layouts, except the Standard and Beach farms
Ways to Use River Jelly
Consuming River Jelly grants the player with a +30 Max Energy buff for 7 minutes. Additionally, it heals 75 Energy and recovers 33 Health. Alternatively, players can use 1x River Jelly with 10x Hardwood, 1x Sea Jelly, and 1x Cave Jelly to craft 1x Fish Smoker. This crafting station is ideal for those who want to create smoked fish, which sells for double the standard market price. Note that players must first purchase the recipe for 10,000 gold pieces at the Fish Shop before they can craft this station. Also, it’s not ideal to give River Jelly as a gift to Stardew Valley villagers. Most villagers, including Abigail, Alex, and Elliot, hate receiving this item. Lastly, players can use River Jelly as a green dye in the dye pots at Emily and Haley’s house. On the other hand, use it as a green dye instead of a spool in the Sewing Machine when coloring a dyeable clothing item. It’s also important to mention that the River Jelly in Stardew Valley can’t be used in the Bait Maker, Fish Smoker, or Fish Pond. Additionally, players can’t sell it to Willy at the Fish Shop since this item isn’t a fish.Get Started with a
