Introduced in Update 1.0, Rocket Fuel in Satisfactory is a late-game energy source primarily used to power a Fuel-Powered Generator or various vehicles. However, some Pioneers may have trouble crafting this fluid, which may lead to insufficient power to run their factories efficiently in the later stages. But don't worry - we're here to help!
How to Make Rocket Fuel in Satisfactory 1.0
First, unlock the crafting recipes to make Rocket Fuel in Satisfactory using 1x Hard Drive, 10x Empty Fluid Tank, and 100x Packaged Turbofuel in the MAM Sulfur Research tech tree. Doing so unlocks three crafting recipes to make this energy source, which are the following:- Recipe #1: Use 6x Turbofuel and 1x Nitric Acid in the Blender to produce 10x Rocket Fuel and 1x Compacted Coal.
- Recipe #2 (Alternate): Use 4x Fuel, 3x Nitrogen Gas, 4x Sulfur, and 2x Coal at the Blender to produce 6x Rocket Fuel and 1x Compacted Coal.
- Recipe #3: Use 1x Packaged Rocket Fuel at the Packager to produce 2x Rocket Fuel and 1x Empty Fluid Tank.
Rocket Fuel Usage
As mentioned earlier, Pioneers in Satisfactory can use Rocket Fuel to supply power to Fuel-Powered Generators or vehicles. For the former, it can produce 3,600 MJ of energy and burn at a rate of 4.16667 m3/min or 14.4 seconds per unit. The energy provided and burn rate only fall short of the more superior Ionized Fuel. Alternatively, use the produced Rocket Fuel to craft Ionized Fuel or Packaged Rocket Fuel. Remember, unlock the Ionized Fuel recipe using 1x Hard Drive, 100x Power Shard, and 200x Packaged Rocket Fuel in the MAM Sulfur Research tech tree. Next, use 16x Rocket Fuel and 1x Power Shard at the Refinery to produce 16x Ionized Fuel and 2x Compacted Coal. On the other hand, use 2x Rocket Fuel and 1x Empty Fluid Tank at the Packager to yield 1x Packaged Rocket Fuel.Get Started with a
