Each rare fish submitted increases the reputation by a set number of points. In particular, submitted Tier 1 rare fish grant 10 reputation, while Tier 2 fish grant 100 reputation each. Additionally, players must reach 300 reputation to reach Tier 2 at the trading post. Then, reach 3,000 reputation to unlock Tier 3.
