Minecraft Live is set to soon arrive, complete with plenty of news regarding game drops, movie content, and possibly even a Fortnite surprise. So, today, we explore all the confirmed details on Minecraft Live 2025, including the schedule and where you can watch the event once it goes live.
Minecraft Live 2025 will broadcast live on Saturday, March 22 at 1 PM ET on the official Minecraft YouTube, official Minecraft Twitch, and Minecraft.net. Directly following the main showcase, a secondary event will also be airing titled “The Deep Dig,” where developers and mystery guests play-test the features of an upcoming game drop while providing their commentary.
If the length remains consistent with the new format seen in Minecraft Live 2024, fans can expect the main showcase to be about 30 to 40 minutes, with “The Deep Dig” likely being an additional 20 to 30 minutes. A 15-minute pre-show of highlights from the Minecraft community traditionally airs prior to the main showcase as well.

However, within the official trailer for Minecraft Live 2025, an enderman takes center stage and begins performing the famous Fortnite dance “Floss.” This may hint at the long-rumored Fortnite collaboration or possibly nothing at all.
Even further down the rabbit hole, we have the unconfirmed leaks from a few months back, alongside some newer leaks that expand upon what the originals revealed. If they are true, we will very likely see an announcement for the new Minecraft spinoff game, “Project Spicewood,” set to release in 2026.
Leaked images of the game suggest it will be combat-oriented, featuring a new warden-like boss that crawls through the portal found at the center of Ancient City structures.
