Gameplay Overview

As with Killing Floor 2, this next installment can cater to up to six players in a co-op instance. Nonetheless, various notable changes are visible from the trailer shown in The 2024 Game Awards. For instance, a fully integrated mod system will be available, allowing players to personalize their methods in (re)killing Zeds. Additionally, this latest installment has more dynamic enemies than its predecessors. Players must know to think faster on their feet and make critical decisions on the fly to ensure their survival. Thankfully, you and your squad will be able to take advantage of environmental traps, increasing your kill count. Another trailer, this time from Gasmecom, showcased additional features. Some notable examples include the following:
  • Three new playable Nightfall specialists
  • New Zeds, including the Siren and Impaler
  • Additional movement for returning Zeds (e.g., the Crawler climbing on ceilings and walls)
