Sniffers are not exactly easy to find, but they are still very much worth the effort and time! So, today, we answer how to find sniffer eggs in Minecraft 1.21 in record time.

Step 1: Craft a Brush

Minecraft 1.20 Archeology Guide: Crafting a Brush Screenshot The first step to finding a sniffer is crafting a brush! This nifty tool was added in Minecraft 1.20 alongside archeology, a feature we will be diving into to find the sniffer. To craft a brush, first place a feather on the middle slot of a crafting table’s top row. Next, place a copper ingot directly in the middle. And last, place a stick in the middle of the bottom row. The brush should now be complete!

Step 2: Warm Ocean Biome

These ocean types most commonly generate next to desert and badlands biomes and have a distinctive aquamarine tone to the water. However, the most common indicator is the presence of coral reefs.

Step 3: Ocean Ruins
