Tin Locations in Core Keeper

Generally, players can find Tin Ore in the Clay Caves biome introduced in patch 0.5.0.1. Reaching this biome requires forming a bridge from the Dirt biome. You can achieve this objective using wood or dirt ground tiles. Once you’re in the Clay Caves biome, search for glittering gray or silver objects stuck in walls. Then, use your Copper Pickaxe to mine the ore. Note that the Clay Caves area is abundant with Tin Ore, so having extra copper pickaxes is necessary if you’re farming this material. Aside from mining Tin Ore in the Clay Caves, you can also obtain this material from the following sources:

Bearded Merchant: Buy for 15x Ancient Coin after activating the Ghorm Statue
Larva Hive: Fish in this sub-biome for a chance to receive the material
Chests: Open Ancient and standard chests for a chance to receive this material
Enemies: Certain enemies, like the Caveling Shaman and Glurch the Abominous Mass, may drop Tin Ore upon defeat
Pots and crates: Clay pots, along with Ancient and Wooden Crates, may have Tin Ore
