ARK Easter Event 2023: Start & End Date, Event Details, Rewards, and Multipliers

Easter is finally here, and the ARK Easter Event 2023 is kicking off with a brand new shakeup. Although we’re expecting some favorites to return, such as the XP and breeding boosts, this year’s celebration will be the very first Ark Easter EVO event, replacing what would've been Ark Eggcellent Adventures 8. Here's everything you need to know about ARK Easter EVO, including its start and end date, and all the content you can enjoy in-game!

ARK Easter Event 2023: ARK Easter EVO Start & End Date

The ARK Easter event for 2023, which will be the very first ARK Easter EVO event (replacing Eggcellent Adventure 8), began on April 7th, and will run until April 24th. This event starts on April 7 and will end on the 24th. Also, players from the game's official servers from each platform will experience the changes brought by the event. Ark Easter EVO Event Content & Rewards

Like the previous Eggcellent Adventures, there’s no shortage of bonuses and rewards for ARK: Survival Evolved players for this year’s event. This year, the same pattern of bonuses like XP and Breeding boosts returns. Here’s a list of this year’s boosted rates for you to enjoy:

• Official Servers: 3x XP, Breeding, Harvesting, and Taming, plus 0.5x Mating Interval, and 1.5x Hexagon Bonus
• Small Tribe Servers: 4.5x XP, Breeding, Harvesting, and Taming, plus 0.5x Mating Interval, and 1.5x Hexagon Bonus
• ARKPocalypse Servers: 5x XP, Breeding, Harvesting, and Taming, plus 0.5x Mating Interval, and 1.5x Hexagon Bonus
• Classic Servers: 6x XP, Breeding, Harvesting, and Taming, plus 0.5x Mating Interval

Unfortunately, the Easter skins don't make a return for this year. And unless you're running an Easter event in a private server using a console command, you won't be able to acquire skins from previous Eggcellent Adventure events like the Bunny Costume skin. Still, 25% now creatures in the game now have more color palettes than before. The color sets include:

What We Want to See in the Next ARK Easter Event

It would be nice for the 2023 ARK Easter Event to also have additional skins or at least a return of the skins from the previous events. After all, the game introduced most of the Easter-themed skins since the 4th Eggcellent Adventure event. Since then, each instance has been relatively a repeat of roughly the same bonuses and rewards from the previous year. Many players are also hoping to see additional Chibi-Pets as rewards for the 8th Eggcellent Adventure, joining the pets we got last year like the Chibi-Dilophasaur, Chibi-Purlovia, and the Chibi-Queen Bee. At the time of writing, you can only enjoy the new ARK Easter EVO Event on official servers. Nonetheless, players can see and experience the previous Eggcellent Adventure events by inputting the console parameter “activeevent=Easter” (without quotes).
