Braving Navezgane and its undead horrors can present you with various loots. However, you can also buy items from traders if you have the money for them. So, here’s a guide on all traders in 7 Days to Die, their locations, and other pieces of relevant information.
All Traders in 7 Days to Die
As of Alpha 21, traders can spawn anywhere in Navezgane. Before this update, players can typically find a trader on the outskirts of every city and town. Now, it’s ideal to remember each NPC’s location for every randomly generated world seed. Nonetheless, the number of traders in 7 Days to Die remains the same at the time of writing. The traders you can encounter and the wares they sell are the following:- Trader Bob: Tools and vehicles
- Trader Hugh: Weapons and ammo
- Trader Jen: Medical supplies
- Trader Joel: Armor
- Trader Rekt: Food and seeds
Jobs From Traders
You can also take on jobs aside from buying and selling items from the traders in 7 Days to Die. Each completed job will reward you with XP and a set amount of Dukes. Also, the rewards increase in value as the job’s tier increases.Fetch Jobs
Fetch jobs typically require you to retrieve a hidden Courier Satchel in a specified building. Opening the satchel will give you White River Supplies. Returning the supplies to the trader that gave you the job completes the job.- Tier 1: 2,500 XP and 500 Dukes
- Tier 2: 3,750 XP and 560 Dukes
- Tier 3: 5,000 XP and 800 Dukes
Clear Zombie Jobs
As the job’s name implies, you must defeat all zombies in a specified location. Return to the trader that gave the request after clearing the undead to complete the job.- Tier 1: 3,000 XP and 800 Dukes
- Tier 2: 4,500 XP and 1,350 Dukes
- Tier 3: 6,000 XP and 1,800 Dukes
- Tier 4: 7,500 XP and 2,040 Dukes
- Tier 5: 15,000 XP and 4,080 Dukes
Fetch and Clear Jobs
These jobs are combinations of Fetch and Clear requests. That means you must clear the specified area of its undead infestation, and retrieve White River Supplies. Then, return to the trader that requested this task to complete it.- Tier 1: No rewards
- Tier 2: 5,060 XP and 1,400 Dukes
- Tier 3: 6,750 XP and 2,000 Dukes
- Tier 4: 8,400 XP and 2,300 Dukes
- Tier 5: 16,900 XP and 4,600 Dukes
Buried Supplies Jobs
Take on a Buried Supplies job, and the trader asks you to travel to a specified area. Upon arrival, you must find White River Supplies and return it to the trader to complete the job.- Tier 1: 2,500 XP and 560 Dukes
- Tier 2: 2,500 XP and 940 Dukes
Open Trade Route Jobs
The main objective of an Open Trade Route job is to travel to and interact with another trader. Then, return to the trader that made the request to officially complete the task.- Tier 1: No rewards
- Tiers 2 to 5: 500 XP
Restore Power Jobs
This series of jobs is only available at night. It also involves restarting the generator in a specified area. But doing so will alert and draw nearby zombies. You must then defeat all the undead drawn to your location, survive, and return to the trader to complete a Restore Power job request.- Tier 1: No rewards
- Tier 2: 5,060 XP and 1,400 Dukes
- Tier 3: 6,750 XP and 2,000 Dukes
- Tier 4: 8,400 XP and 2,300 Dukes
Perks That Enhance Traders
Some perks can give you an advantage while interacting with traders in 7 Days to Die. These perks include the following:- Better Barter: Reduces buying costs and increases sale prices of certain items.
- The Daring Adventurer: Improves rewards gained from completed jobs.
