7 Days to Die Honey Farming Guide: Locations, Uses, & More
Posted on by
Consuming honey is good for the body, both in the real world and 7 Days to Die. For the latter, it can restore health, stamina, and fullness. Additionally, it can reduce and even cure infection. So, keep reading to learn how to find jars of honey in 7 Days to Die.
Unfortunately, Honey isn’t part of 7 Days to Die’s food loot groups. Instead, it typically spawns with medical items. For instance, it might appear when looting Medical Supplies.
Additionally, Jars of Honey may also spawn in other containers, including Ambulances, Medicine Cabinets, and Pop-N-Pills Crates. Alternatively, search destroyed tree stumps for Honey. The chance to find Honey from a tree stump increases if that container is near a Point of Interest (POI).
If you find and read the book Wasteland Treasures: Honey, you can collect Jars of Honey from harvesting trees. It’s important to mention that the chance of acquiring Honey this way is still reasonably low. Some players even reported spending days trying to find one Jar of Honey from harvesting tree stumps.
Another way of acquiring Jars of Honey in 7 Days to Die is to buy them from Traders. However, there’s no guarantee that a Trader will have this item in stock. So, you may need to check on those NPCs often to see if they can sell you Honey.
Note: Cutting trees in 7 Days to Die doesn’t produce tree stumps.
As mentioned earlier, consuming Honey in 7 Days to Die has various positive effects on the user. These benefits are the following:
