How to kick or ban players on a Killing Floor 2 server

Summary
Killing Floor 2 servers can host large or smaller, more tight-knit communities in the game. Larger public servers, such as servers running the Versus Survival gamemode, tend to attract more attention due to their player-vs.-player nature. Occasionally, players may look to cause trouble on servers and may need to be removed. Fortunately, players with admin access on the server can quickly and easily kick these players from the server through the use of in-game console commands.

Note Admin Privileges are required to use the kick and ban commands.
